This Privacy Policy explains how Matty Hempstead ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use PipBot, the Discord bot, and the website pipbot.app (together, the "Service").

Depending on how PipBot is configured and used, we may process:
- Discord user IDs
- Discord server (guild) IDs
- Channel IDs and role IDs
- Commands and interactions sent to the bot
- Message content only when required to provide a requested feature (for example, responding to a command)
PipBot only has access to data that Discord makes available based on the permissions granted by server administrators.
We do not collect real names, email addresses, or other off-platform personal details from Discord users.
B. Website data (pipbot.app)
When you visit pipbot.app, we may collect limited technical information such as:

- Pages visited and timestamps
This data is used solely for security, reliability, and performance monitoring.
